Terms of Service

1. Service Description
Revenue Defenders(“the Service,” “we,” or “us”) is a revenue protection platform for service businesses. The Service provides automated website scanning to identify potential revenue gaps, lead recovery automations (including missed-call texting and booking abandonment follow-ups), customer evidence timeline tracking, and dispute documentation tools. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
2. Account and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter binding agreements on behalf of your business. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Each account represents a single business entity. You may not share accounts across unrelated businesses without an explicit multi-location arrangement. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to scan, monitor, or send communications to individuals without appropriate consent under applicable law (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR where applicable).
- Submit false, misleading, or fabricated evidence to dispute packages.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform beyond normal use.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or contact individuals in a manner that violates law.
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited conduct without advance notice.
4. Payment Terms and Cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees, where applicable, are charged once at the time of installation and are non-refundable except as described in Section 4a (Service Guarantee). Subscription charges are billed on a recurring basis on your billing date.
No refunds for partial months: If you cancel your subscription, your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days within a paid billing cycle.
Cancel anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings (Settings → Account) with no penalty or waiting period. You may choose to cancel at the end of the current billing period (retaining access until then) or immediately. Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data.
Data export: You can request a full export of your account data at any time from your account settings. A download link will be delivered to your email and remains valid for 7 days after the export is ready.
Account deletion: To permanently remove your account and all associated data, you must submit a deletion request through your account settings. Upon request, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this period, a deletion-pending notice appears across your dashboard and you may cancel the request at any time to restore full access. After the grace period, your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ advance notice to active subscribers. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
4a. Service Guarantee
If we do not help you recover at least one lead within 60 days of your account going live, you may request a full refund of your one-time setup fee under the following conditions:
- Your account must have been fully configured and live for at least 30 consecutive days prior to the claim.
- At least one recovery mechanism (missed-call SMS, follow-up sequence, or capture widget) must have been active during the 60-day window.
- The refund request must be submitted to support@revenuedefenders.com within 10 business days after your 60-day go-live window closes.
Claim process:Email us with your account email and the subject line “Setup Fee Refund Request.” We will review your account activity and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
What is covered: The one-time setup fee only. Monthly subscription charges are not covered by this guarantee.
Limitations: This guarantee does not apply where account setup was substantially delayed by the customer, where required integrations (such as Twilio for missed-call recovery) were not configured, or where the account was inactive for more than 14 consecutive days during the 60-day window. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these conditions.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
The Service is designed to help identify potential revenue gaps and build documentation that may support dispute defense. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome.

- ⚠We do not guarantee that dispute packages generated by the Service will result in successful dispute outcomes. Dispute resolution is determined by your payment processor, card networks, and applicable law — not by us.
- ⚠Scan findings represent potential risks identified through automated analysis. They are not legal, compliance, or professional opinions.
- ⚠Follow-up automations are tools to assist with lead recovery. We do not guarantee that automated messages will result in bookings or conversions.
Evidence packages must not contain fabricated information. We are not responsible for dispute outcomes where inaccurate or fraudulent evidence is submitted.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Revenue Defenders and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of your business data uploaded to or generated within the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data solely to deliver the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
This section describes our availability commitments, support response targets, and the limited service credit available when we fall short. These commitments apply to paid subscriptions only and are subject to the exclusions below.

Uptime is measured monthly as a percentage of minutes the web application and API are accessible. Scheduled maintenance windows (announced at least 48 hours in advance), third-party provider outages outside our reasonable control, force majeure events, and downtime caused by customer misconfiguration are excluded from uptime calculations.
7b. Support response times

Business hours are Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM Eastern, excluding public holidays. Response time is measured from receipt of a support request to our first substantive reply.
7c. No outcome guarantees
SLA commitments relate to platform availability and support response times only. We make no guarantee regarding revenue recovered, leads converted, or dispute outcomes. See Section 5 (No Guarantee of Outcomes) for full disclaimer language.
7d. Service credits
If we fail to meet the monthly uptime target in a given calendar month, you may request a service credit applied to your next billing cycle. Credits do not apply to setup fees and are not redeemable for cash.

Credit requests must be submitted to support@revenuedefenders.com within 30 days of the affected month-end and must include the approximate dates and times of the experienced downtime.
7e. Maintenance windows
We schedule maintenance windows during off-peak hours (typically Sunday 2–6 AM Eastern) and announce them at least 48 hours in advance via the in-app maintenance banner and the status page. Emergency maintenance that cannot be pre-announced will be communicated as soon as possible.
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Twilio, Stripe, Calendly, Google, and others. Your use of those integrations is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or changes of third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revenue Defenders and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or costs of substitute services, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction [Governing jurisdiction to be specified]. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction, at our election, except where prohibited by law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
